Tuil Chan Japan exclusive fashion in good played with condition. It is an extremely rare variation of Francie’s Best Buy Pretty Frilly. Instead it uses the Best Buy Barbie Pleasantly Peasanty red fabric with yellow rose print. Tuil Chad had some of her own unique outfits but nothing quite like this other worldly take on one of Francie’s existing fashions. Sleeves aren’t as white as original but in nice shape with snaps. Really hard to find.
