Vintage Minnie Mouse belt buckle with telescope at Mickey Mouse made of Brass

You are bidding on an controversial example of a 1970's commemorative Disney belt buckle made by Sun Rubber Company, California. A highly detailed vintage Minnie Mouse is star gazing at Mickey Mouse through her telescope. Around the face of the buckle is printed
"Thank you from Walt Disney & United Artists Corp., One million Mickey Mouse Club members, Technicians-CAC Men, Artists-Musicians, Mickey's staff of 125 people in Hollywood."
NO front oval seal. The rear of the buckle has slight discoloration from a machine tool?  It was rumored that these buckles were initially contracted by Disney to be given to various Disney production employees, and the contract was never honored leaving these buckles in an unfinished state.  The buckle is solid brass and weighs 6 ounces, and can be easy adapted to a leather belt.
